Real Madrid ready to pay release clause of Barcelona star

If you want to know what the theme of the week will be for big transfer claims then we can probably already
tell you: Neymar potentially leaving Barcelona.
French newspaper L'Equipe have gone huge in their Monday edition on the story, with their front page, and then next three pages, dedicated to the topic. L'Equipe say Neymar is PSG's number one priority summer signing, and they even give a whole page to mocking up a team with him in it.
Talks have taken place between PSG and Neymar's agent Wagner Ribeiro, and also the player's father. personal terms aren't thought to be too much of an issue, with PSG keen to pay him more than he receives at Barcelona.
However, Real Madrid are also brought into the story. L'Equipe say that if Barcelona fail to reach agreement with Neymar on a contract extension then Real Madrid would be willing to pay the €193m release clause in the player's contract.
Real Madrid are also in talks with the 'entourage' of the Barcelona player, on guard in case they get another shot at a transfer which L'Equipe compare to the Luis Figo move.
