Chelsea join Liverpool in race to sign mercurial forward Ben Arfa

 According to French publication L’Equipe, the Londoners will have to contend with the Merseyside club,
AC Milan and Villarreal for the 29-year-old’s signature.
After controversial periods with Newcastle United and Hull City, the winger has returned to his best form with the Ligue 1 outfit.
The Frenchman has 16 goals and four assists in 30 league appearances this season, as he pushes to be involved in France’s Euro 2016 campaign.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are interested given their need for a spark in the final third, with Eden Hazard and Cesc Fabregas being woefully out of form over the past nine months.
