Man United boosted as midfield target denies agreement with Inter Milan

Manchester United have been alerted after Sevilla star Ever Banega confirmed that no deal has been struck
with Inter Milan, Express reports.
The 27-year-old was believed to be in talks with the Serie A giants over a possible move after a revelation made on his Facebook page.
However, the midfielder has now come out to reveal that the account is a fake, an outcome that would be seen as a boost for United given their interest in his services.
“Hello everyone! I’d like to clarify that what is being circulated in the Press about my Facebook comments is totally false,” he said on Twitter.
“My official accounts are on Twitter and on Instagram.”
The Red Devils are said to be in line to sign him on a free transfer once his contract with the La Liga side expires at the end of the current campaign.
Inter sporting director Pierro Ausilio also released a statement confirming that his side are keen on adding Banega into their ranks and have already opened talks with the club as well as the player.
“Yes, it’s true that [Banega] is a real possibility,” he told Sport Mediaset.
“We’ve written to Sevilla so they know we’re talking to the player.
He has already featured 30 times in all competitions this term, so far scoring eight goals while managing to provide another four assists.
