Mignolet, who has started all but one match since Klopp's arrival, feels the German has already put his own stamp on the club.
"I
think it was a month ago when he arrived. In that month a lot has
changed. He has already improved us a lot. A lot of things have changed
but we already look forward to the future," Mignolet told Sky Sports News HQ.
Defeat
to Palace left Liverpool 10th in the Premier League table on 17 points,
seven points off Manchester United in the fourth and final Champions
League place.
Liverpool face Manchester City at the Etihad
Stadium - a ground where they have not claimed victory since January
2012 - following the international break.
And Mignolet, currently with the Belgium squad, is already looking forward to the challenge of toppling the league leaders.
"It
is very important," he said. "It is a huge fixture and we look forward
to that one. After the international duty we will make sure we prepare
ourselves the best we can."
