Wenger broke the news in his Friday morning press conference
ahead of the North London derby against Tottenham, which kicks off at
12.45pm on Saturday.
Wenger also added that Jack Wilshere is still three to four weeks away from returning from long-term injury, while also confirming that Laurent Koscielny will miss the match.
The Arsenal manager discussed the importance of the match as well,
musing on the fact that it is the first North London derby in all his
years at the club where the title has been at stake.
