Javier Hernandez still in contact with ex-Man United boss Sir Alex Ferguson

The Mexico international has scored 23 goals in all competitions for Leverkusen this season, although he will
miss this weekend's match at Augsburg after collecting a fifth booking of the campaign.

Despite now playing in German football, Hernandez remains in contact with Ferguson.
"For me he is the best," he told the BBC's Football Focus. "He gave me the chance to make my dream come true, to play in Europe and then in one of the biggest clubs in football history. So, I'm glad I'm very happy [about] him.
"I always say that to him, on camera, and outside. For me, Sir Alex Ferguson is still very important in my life.
"I keep in touch. When we played in the Champions League before the Atletico Madrid game we texted. I saw him two games before, we have a lot of contact.
"When I was going to Real Madrid on loan I spoke to him in person. I went to his house and we spoke very well.
"We keep in contact as good as we can. [But] he has a lot of things to do with his family, that's why he retired."
