£26.75million to the Eredivisie champions as part of the Holland international’s move to England.
That’s split into three payments, with £13.35m being paid up front before instalments of £6.7m are paid halfway through and then at the end of this season.
But the best bit of business comes from United with regards to Depay’s clauses, with the club due to pay PSV close to £3m if they were to achieve success in the Premier League and Champions League.
The Dutch giants would be due just over 1m if United win the league, with a further £1m paid if they win the UCL. Smaller instalments would be due in the stages leading up to winning that latter competition.
But the way United have been playing this season, it looks very unlikely that the club will ever have to shell out that money for Depay.
Louis van Gaal’s men are in a serious fight to finish fourth in the English Premier League and already went out of this season’s Champions League at the group stage.
