David Beckham set for Manchester United return

DAVID BECKHAM is set to be reunited with Sir Alex Ferguson in a Manchester United shirt, according to reports.

The Sydney Morning Herald are reporting that Ferguson will have Beckham in his ranks when the Manchester United legends team heads to Australia later this year.

The legendary winger was offered the chance to head to the A-League three years ago but instead joined Paris Saint-Germain.
But now Beckham is said to be on the verge of sealing a deal to play in an exhibition match against Juventus.
He has not played in Australia since a friendly for LA Galaxy against Newcastle Jets in 2010.
Beckham is likely to line up this time around alongside Dwight Yorke, Phil Neville, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Ryan Giggs.
They will face Juventus who are expected to name David Trezeguet as president of the Juve Legends programme.
However, Alessandro Del Piero is understood not to be interested in taking part despite having spent two seasons with Sydney FC.
