West Brom Star Chris Brunt Ruled Out For Six Months Leaving Euro 2016 Dreams Shattered

Chris Brunt receives medical attention after sustaining an injury Mirror Sport revealed this week that the West Brom man had ruptured his anterior cruciate
ligament against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
He underwent surgery earlier this week with the news coming as a major blow to the Baggies and Northern Ireland.
Brunt was set to play a key role for his country at Euro 2016 but will now miss out.
Boss Tony Pulis said: "It’s a big blow for Chris and everyone is feeling for him right now.

“It will be disappointing for us not to have him for the rest of the season because he is a terrific player who gives the team great balance.
“But obviously it is made even more cruel because it has denied him a career highlight with Northern Ireland this summer.”
Northern Ireland have been drawn in Group C alongside Germany, Poland and the Ukraine.
Brunt was involved in a shocking incident with West Brom fans following the recent FA Cup defeat to Reading.
The 31-year-old was hit by a coin thrown by an Albion fan as he approached the away support.
He later described the act as disgusting and was given a rousing reception by Baggies fans ahead of the next game, the win over Palace.
