Man Utd captain wants talks over Jose Mourinho appointment

 WAYNE ROONEY will reportedly seek assurances from Jose Mourinho that his first-team place at Manchester United is safe this summer.

Rooney, 30, has come under criticism for his performances this season for both and England.
The Old Trafford captain is currently out injured with a knee problem and should return in mid-April.
