Alan Shearer tells Manchester United's Marcus Rashford

Shearer added: "[It's important for him to] knuckle down, learn the game. The rewards will, without doubt,
follow both on the pitch and off the pitch.
"We've seen many a time kids come in and score on their debut and they're the next big bright hope. He's got ability, obviously.

"Have belief in yourself, have confidence. He's had a fantastic start to his football career. Now, as I said, he's got to knuckle down, learn the game. He's at the right football club to learn that.
"The hard work starts now for him because people will have a look at him. Scouts will watch him, they'll know what he's good at and what his weaknesses are."
