Hiddink: Hazard wants to stay at Chelsea

Guus Hiddink today revealed he has talked to Eden Hazard about his future and insists the Belgium winger
does want to stay at Chelsea.
Hazard overshadowed Chelsea’s pre-match preparations against Paris Saint-Germain earlier in the week when he admitted that a move to the French giants would be hard to turn down.
The 25-year-old also said that a switch to Real Madrid is tempting now that his idol Zinedine Zidane is in charge.
Hazard has struggled for form all season, but Hiddink is convinced he is not considering a move away from Stamford Bridge.
He told Standard Sport: “Before we played PSG I had a very short conversation with him and I asked him about the situation.
“He is very keen to be here, he extended his contract. He is happy here. His family are happy here. There is no sign from his side that he is eager to go. Of course we don’t want to bring much attention to this, but he wants to step up as well.”
When pressed on whether he should watch what he says in future, he added: “Yes. We will encourage him and talk to him about it as we do with the rest of the team.
“It is up to him. I don’t want to focus too much on that. But we are making plans and he must bring up the effort.”
Former Manchester United midfielder Roy Keane accused Hazard of having an attitude problem and said he would kick him at the training ground if he was one of his team-mates.
