The 20-year old is the most exciting young player in German football, and placed himself firmly on the radar of Europe’s biggest clubs with his goal against Real Madrid in the Champions League last season.
There was a lot of talk of Manchester City making a January move for the German international, but that never really sounded too credible, given that they’d just bought Raheem Sterling in the previous window (a very similar type of player).
But with the summer window now on the horizon, it appears that Sane will be making a move at the end of the season, and Chelsea could be the destination.
The Sun claim that the Blues are ready to bid 40m pounds for the attacking midfielder, while Manchester United and City are also monitoring him.
