Chelsea and Man City to battle for world-class striker

Chelsea and Manchester City are set to go head-to-head for superstar striker Edinson Cavani this
summer, according to The Sun.
The Uruguay international is a top-class finisher but is not always guaranteed a starting berth at Paris Saint-Germain due to the presence of a host of striking options available to Laurent Blanc.
The latest reports suggest that the ex-Palermo hotshot is frustrated and unsettled in the French capital and would be open to a move to the Premier League ahead of next season.
Chelsea are expected to splash the cash in the summer to revamp their squad, with a new centre forward widely expected to arrive at Stamford Bridge.
City are overly reliant on Sergio Aguero and have struggled this season when the Argentine has not been available.
Cavani would command a sizeable transfer fee but would bring a track record of scoring goals wherever he has been to English football.
