The two giants made the announcement to club fans last night.
Swansea have also frozen season ticket costs while West Ham will lower theirs for the big move to the Olympic Stadium.
United have now capped the cost of attending games for the fifth year in a row.
The lowest price standard matchday ticket for next campaign will remain at £28 for adults and the highest £50. Junior tickets are still £10 per match.
Prem giants aren't being forced to raid fans following the agreement of a £5.1bn TV deal last February, which starts in August.
Arsenal, meanwhile, have kept costs the same for the seventh time in 11 seasons.
However, their most expensive ticket is still £97 - the highest in the league.
Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis said: "We have incredible home support with sell-out crowds for every game.
"This decision reflects our ongoing aim to maintain a fair and balanced approach to our ticket pricing." Fom http://www.dailystar.co.uk
