Chelsea ready to land £58m world star with genius transfer plan - report

 Chelsea are ready to let Eden Hazard join Real Madrid in a swap that would see James Rodriguez move the
other way, say reports.
Hazard has been strongly linked with an exit from Chelsea to Madrid for months, and the transfer seems increasingly inevitable.
But Don Balon says Chelsea don’t just want cash for the player, they’re hoping to land Madrid play-maker Rodriguez as part of a swap transfer.
The Colombian is a rumoured Chelsea target anyway but with a valuation of £58million – a swap could make sense.

It’s claimed Madrid are not keen on such an arrangement, but Jose Mourinho clearly hopes this transfer master plan will work.
