"I want to buy a lot of players" - LVG clear on Man United plans

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has revealed he's a long way from being happy with his squad
and wants to add players to it. The Dutchman has insisted that he's only part way through a rebuilding process and that there's no suggestion of him being done just yet.
Van Gaal's plan is to get pace into Manchester United's team to add to the strength he's already provided. For years Manchester United were crying out for a stronger midfield and now that's certainly the case, but Van Gaal is aware there's a need for more upfront and, if he wasn't, Manchester United supporters have done their best to make sure he is.
Quoted by the Press Association, the Manchester United manager explained "I have said already in my first year many times we need speed and creativity on the wings. I want to buy a lot of players but not all the players I want are for sale. So there's a lot of factors in it."
Van Gaal and Manchester United have been linked with buying some of the best players in the world, such as Neymar and Thomas Muller, but they may have to set their sights a little lower.
