"People know our style of play. We like to have the ball," Blanc said.
"Real are quite defensive but they are very effective. These are two different philosophies that will now meet.
"If they want to give us the ball, we'll take it with pleasure."
But Benitez was insistent that his team is a potent offensive unit, and he has the numbers to prove it.
"Our team attacks," Benitez said.
"The stats show it, and that will always be our aim, to score goals and win games.
"We're facing up to the game with a positive approach."
Real Madrid are joint-top of La Liga with both the best attack and best defence. They are also top of Champions League Group A without conceding a goal.
