Confirmed: 23-Yr-Old Returns To Chelsea's Training Ground After Surgery

The 23-year-old shot stopper tore his meniscus early into the season and was ruled out for up to two months
as he underwent surgery in Spain.
That came after just three Premier League appearances for the Belgium international during which he failed to cover himself entirely in glory.
Despite Courtois’ shaky start to the season for the Blues, the former Genk youngster is still seen as a crucial part of Jose Mourinho’s backline and many feel Asmir Begovic has not been the most adequate of replacements.

However, suggestions are Courtois will return for the festive period and the video he has posted of himself running at the club’s training ground will certainly leave Chelsea fans with some good news to savour for a change.
Courtois was a standout player in his first season in the Chelsea squad last term, making 32 league appearances and keeping 12 clean sheets.

However, this campaign got off to a nightmare start and after a red card on the opening day of the season against Swansea City, Chelsea lost one of the two league fixtures that followed with him in the side.
