Eden Hazard has already told team-mates that he’s ready to leave Chelsea at the end of the season,
according to reports from L’Equipe.
The Belgium international was the Blues’ key man last term as the London club clinched the Premier League title, and was named the PFA Player of the Year on the back of his performances.
However, his showings so far this term have been below par, with the attacking midfielder yet to contribute a single goal in league action.
He was dropped, and criticised by manager Jose Mourinho, for Saturday’s 2-0 win at home to Aston Villa, and now reports claim that the 24-year-old is ready move on next summer.
It’s also alleged that he’s informed international team-mates, as well as friends and family, of his decision.
La Liga giants Real Madrid are standout candidates to move for Hazard, albeit they currently have options such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, Isco and James Rodriguez available to them.
